MEB P&P are a group of architects who are part of a network known as the Keystone domain. The network have vast experience in designing buildings for Schools, Theatres, Sports Facilities as well as undertaking a wide range of Conservation and Insurance work. In designing the trampoline centre, Charles Darby of MEB P&P said "We wanted to create a building that would be suitable for the sport itself, but also be very light and spacious, pleasant on the eye and modern. We wanted this to be a landmark site for this particular sport, and we believe we have achieved what we set out to accomplish. The balance of facilities for the able and disabled has been well struck, and we wish the centre all the best for the future, and trust that the community who use the facility will get maximum use from it, enjoying it as they learn."

£50,000 for Ability Zone Project |
Academy members were literally head over heels when they were handed a cheque for £50,000 live on Anglia television last Friday. The Academy reached the final of the People's Millions competition, held last week in conjunction with The Big Lottery Fund. We had applied for a grant of £38,000 to provide a full time special needs co-ordinator for the Disability programme to help organise and deliver trampolining and rebound therapy to people with disabilities and also to provide sensory equipment for the new trampoline centre.
NTGA were beaten to the cash by a bowls club on Monday 13th so were very disappointed but every cloud has a silver lining! Anglia Television turned up to Benham Sports Arena on Friday and to the surprise of all the Academy members the TV presenter pulled a cheque from behind her back and told us we had won a runner up prize of £50,000. It is great news for the Academy who have worked extremely hard to provide trampoline classes and rebound therapy for people with disabilities. The grant will help to enhance and develop the Ability Zone project.
