At NTGA, we’re incredibly proud of our Ability Zone programme, offering tailor-made programme for children, young people, and adults with additional needs, learning differences, and disabilities.
Since its launch, NTGA has grown one of the most comprehensive weekly inclusive programmes in the UK—and in February 2022, we were honoured with a National Award for Equality and Inclusion.
What Makes Ability Zone Special

Inclusive partnerships: We collaborate with many local organisations, including The National Autistic Society, The Cube Disability, Sense, Lifestyle Care, and Respond Care, as well as local schools and SEN units. We offer private one-to-one or small group sessions in a quieter setting for individuals who prefer it.

Purpose-built environment: Our sunken Olympic-sized trampolines, surrounded by a fully matted area, create a safe and enriched setting.

Holistic benefits: Participants gain more than movement and coordination—through our sessions, we witness improvements in relaxation, exercise tolerance, muscle tone, confidence, and overall enjoyment.
New: Accessible Indoor Climbing
We’re excited to introduce Indoor Climbing sessions, now available through the Ability Zone. Featuring a self-contained climbing wall with specialist routes and adapted holds, our climbing programme is designed to be accessible and engaging for people living with a range of disabilities.
