Home Education

Active, enriching, and flexible physical education for home-educated children

At NTGA, we understand that home-educating families need adaptable, engaging, and valuable opportunities for physical development. Our Home Education programme offers Trampolining and Indoor Climbing sessions designed to support both the mind and body—perfect for maintaining structure, building social skills, and promoting healthy movement outside the traditional school setting.

🌟 Why Movement Matters for Home-Educated Children

Physical activity is not just about fitness—it supports cognitive, emotional, and social development too:

  • Enhanced motor skills & coordination: Trampolining and Climbing build balance, spatial awareness, strength, grip, and control—skills that benefit all physical activity.
  • Cognitive and academic gains: Movement-based learning boosts attention, memory, and problem-solving—helping students learn more effectively.
  • Physical and mental well-being: Regular physical activity improves mood, resilience, and focus, while encouraging lifelong healthy habits.
  • Safe release of energy: Trampolining in particular offers a high-energy, low-impact way to burn off energy, helping with focus and emotional regulation.

🏅 What We Offer & How It Benefits Home-Educated Families

  • Flexible scheduling – weekday sessions that fit around your learning timetable.
  • Choice of activities – trampolining and climbing, led by experienced, qualified coaches.
  • Social interaction – a supportive environment for making friends and building teamwork skills.
  • Structured progression – optional awards and skill tracking to celebrate achievements.
  • Private or small group sessions – for families or groups wanting an even more tailored experience, we offer one-to-one or small group coaching in Trampolining, Climbing, or Gymnastics.
