How do I check availability or register for a class?
Please visit our Customer Portal where you can see live availability and register for any open classes.
Can I have a taster session?
We are able to offer taster classes for our SEN classes. All other classes must sign up to secure their place, this helps ensure the classes are not too busy and we can offer you a great service.
Is there a waiting list for your classes?
Some of our classes are full and you have the option to join a waiting list on the Customer Portal. Waiting lists are automated so you will be contacted as soon as something becomes available, at this point you either accept or decline the offer before the system moves on.
How do I pay for classes?
All payments due at the start of each month and must be paid through the Customer Portal. Payments must be up to date in order to retain a space in our classes.
Do you run during school holidays?
Our Trampoline, Gymnastics and Pre-School classes run all year round, just breaking for Bank Holidays and one week at Christmas. Monthly fees are calculated on 48 weeks of the year, allowing for our closure/s plus a few weeks holiday/absence for members.
We also run Holiday Camps during every school break.
What should I wear to my session?
Comfortable, sporty clothing with socks for trampoline and no socks for gymnastics. Leotards are welcome, however not compulsory, you will be equally fine in leggings/shorts and t-shirt. Please remove all jewellery and tie back any long hair before participating.
Where do I come when I arrive?
Once inside Benham Sports Centre (NN3 6LL) follow the signs for Trampoline or Gymnastics/Pre-School where one of our friendly team will welcome you. Alternatively ask at the Sports Centre reception and they will direct you.
Who can I speak to about my child’s progress, further opportunities or extra classes?
As amazing as our Coaching Team are it’s not always possible to speak to parents before, during or after training, however we have an equally amazing Office Team who will be happy to help you, or direct your enquiry, you can contact us on info@ntga.co.uk.
Unfortunately I have decided to leave, what do I need to do?
We’re really sorry to see you go, but we do understand that these things happen. All places require one month’s notice, thereafter we will cancel your place and associated payments. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact info@ntga.co.uk with your intention to cancel along with any feedback that could help us improve.
