Our frequently asked questions might help you before you need to contact us.

Can I have a taster session? 

Due to extremely limited availability we are not currently able to offer taster sessions. For our Trampoline and/or Gymnastics For All you sign up for an initial month so you get a good four or five times to try out. We then process you as a member in month two, unless you let us know otherwise.

Is there a waiting list for your classes? 

Some of our classes do have waiting lists, however when registering you can give a first and second choice class. If neither choices are available we will either offer you an alternative session with availability or place you on a waiting list.

How do I pay for classes? 

All our payments are requested monthly via Direct Debit only through our system provider Love Admin. This offers greater security for you and also helps keep our costs as low as possible by saving on processing time.

Do you run during school holidays?

Yes – we love what we do so we carry on all year round, just breaking for Bank Holidays and one week at Christmas. Monthly fees are calculated on 48 weeks of the year, allowing for our closure/s plus a few weeks holiday/absence for members.

What should I wear to my session? 

Comfortable, sporty clothing with socks for trampoline or no socks for gymnastics. Leotards are welcome, however not compulsory, you will be equally fine in leggings/shorts and t-shirt. Please remove all jewellery and tie back any long hair before participating.

Where do I come when I arrive? 

Once inside Benham Sports Centre follow the signs for ‘Trampoline Centre’ or ‘Gymnastics’ where one of our friendly team will welcome you. Alternatively ask at the Sports Centre reception and they will direct you

Who can I speak to about my child’s progress, further opportunities or extra classes? 

As amazing as our Coaching Team are it’s not always possible to speak to parents before, during or after training, however we have an equally amazing Office Team who will be happy to help you on info@ntga.co.uk.

Unfortunately I have decided to leave, what do I need to do? 

We’re really sorry to see you go, but we do understand that these things happen. All places require one month’s notice, thereafter we will cancel your place and associated payments. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact info@ntga.co.uk with your intention to cancel along with any feedback that could help us improve.
